    VINTAGE RUFFLED SKIRT BLACK TAFFETA 1940’S
    3 layers of crisp black silk taffeta make up this bubble skirt from the 1940’s. The top ruffle looks a bit like a peplum on a jacket. It has a set in waistband with a black metal zipper and button closing. Unlined, no label.
