Vintage (1966-1972) Abercrombie And Fitch Corduroy Micro Mini Skirt W. Belt MOD! GROOVY!
Size 0-XS:
At The Waist the Skirt measures 29 1/4", or (
(74.30 Cm).
The Skirt  is 9 3/4" Tall, or ,(24.77 Cm).
A Womans XS Size 0 is 22"-24" inchs at the Waist, (56 Cm to 61 Cm)-But these skirts  hang below Midriff, so it makes sense that the Skirt:
Is 29 1/4" ,  (74.30 Cm),  at the top.
A Womans Size 0 or XS is 33"-34" , or (84 Cm to 86.5 Cm), at the Hips.
Size of Skirt Mid way down the height-9 3/4", where the Hips are measures  37 3/4"  (or 96 CM).
