Do not leave in a extreme heat
Do not drop, it could crack
Do not microwave
Because each Tumbler/Cup is handmade there maybe some small imperfections.  They are not machine made, but we try our very best to make sure each one is perfect!
Soon as you receive you Tumbler please inspect it right away within 24hrs of delivery /damages or any mistakes. Please provide a picture of the issue.  Responses are given M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM and we try to respond soon as possible.
If there was an errors made on our behalf, the tumbler must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery no charge to you.  A prepaid label will be email to you and you have 3 days to return the item.
We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler once you receive it.  All tumblers/cups are inspected and pictures are taken before being shipped to you.  We are not responsible for the misspelling of names and words.
If the tumbler is dropped, the epoxy could crack or shatter. If this happens, we are not responsible for replacing the tumbler. However, we may be able to repair the damage for a fee (fee based on severity of damage), You will be responsible for ALL shipping (ship to me and shipped back to you) costs.
