We use Paypal for our payments. You can use any major credit card via Paypal's gateway.
If an order has been placed but not paid for within 2 days an unpaid item case will automatically be opened with ebay. After the case is opened you have 2 more days to pay for your order and the case will automatically closed in your favor. Please understand that we aren't doing this to be mean, but we can't pay fees for items that are never paid for and we just don't have the resources to handle these manually. Once an unpaid item case is opened, we have no way to close it. The easiest way to avoid this is to only click the buy button if you actually plan to purchase.
Making an offer?
We usually don't accept offers. If the "Make an Offer" button is shown on a listing you are welcome to use it but we are far more likely to accept it if it is for a large quantity of items. Our prices are already very low. We will not be able to reply to messages asking us for our best price as we are already giving it to you. If you want to purchase several units of one item, then feel free to ask us.

Shipping
We ship orders every business day. After your purchase ships the tracking info will be shown with your order on ebay. Orders received after 2pm usually ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and major holidays ship the next business day.
Please be sure to specify the correct shipping address when you place your order as we will not always be able to change it in time.
Larger items need to ship to a physical address and not a PO box.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, USVI, APO, FPO?
Shipping smaller items to you won't be a problem but we will not be able to ship all large items due to the expense. Feel free to check with us before purchasing to see if we can ship to you.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition. Please contact us if you need to return your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping your return to us at the address that we provide to you. To expedite our processing, please write your ebay username on the outside of the packaging.
Some items cannot be returned, these include: opened food, opened makeup or personal care products, items marked "AS IS- NO RETURNS", and anything listed in non-working condition.
International Buyers
We ship internationally via ebay's Global Shipping Program. We have found this to be the fastest and most reliable technique. As ebay handles the international segment of the shipment for us, we can't provide you a shipping quote. However, ebay will show you the shipping total when you go to check out. This will be your total shipping amount; there will be no additional customs fees.
The electronics that we sell are made for North American electrical systems using 110/120V. It is your responsibility to check that anything electronic that you purchase will work in your own country. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to a difference in voltage requirements.
