Description
This lithograph is an antique/vintage poster that I understand was made back in the day for a fire company called "Assistance Fire Company". It is signed Assistance on two places as shown and the bottom is marked "Fire". The ribbon at the top reads "Activated By Benevolence" and "Impelled By Emulation". It features 2 early firemen and an early "Pumper Wagon", the fire truck of the day. It shows the end of two fire hose nozzles between two swans drinking from what I think is a fire water bucket. It has an antique fireman's hat the reads the fire company name with a heart with wings. It measures about 22 1/4" by 17" and in great condition with minor wear. There is no frame. Buyer to pay shipping. I will ship USPS. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii will require a shipping quote. I accept Paypal. NO RESERVE
