Antique Victorian 19TH C Bustle Skirt ROUGH Condition for Study

ROUGH, STAINED, TORN UP CONDITION WITH BURST WAIST BAND, FOR STUDY ONLY. CLEAN, NO BAD SMELLS.
This is the real deal, antique skirt with both machine stitching and hand stitching. Velveteen band under hem, one row of ruffles on outside hemline.
Waist band is "burst" and someone at one point in time glued "hook and loop" type closure on the waistband, there are stains, fading, holes, and tears in the fabric. No bad smells or mustiness. I do not have a bustle, I put some padding on the backside under the skirt so you can see sort-of how it would look with a bustle in the photos. Fabric is longer in the back than in the front, which creates a trailing effect.
This sells "AS IS" and although you may return it (I will happily take this back, I love this stuff!) there are NO partial refunds, so take a good look. Please DO NOT change the shipping, I am using a nice sturdy priority mail box to ship this.
